4.2 Permitted Activities: You may use the platform for: Listing home depot products. Advertising garage sales. Selling or purchasing non-regular or unique commodities.
4.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not: List illegal, unsafe, or restricted items (see Section 8). Misrepresent items or engage in fraudulent transactions. Use automated tools, bots, or scraping mechanisms to manipulate SORGE. Disrupt or interfere with SORGE’s platform or users.

5. User Content and Listings

5.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of any content, including text, photos, and descriptions, you upload to SORGE.
5.2 License to Use: By uploading content, you grant SORGE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, display, or distribute your content for platform purposes.
5.3 Accuracy of Listings: Sellers must ensure all item descriptions, prices, and conditions are accurate and honest.
5.4 Removal of Listings: SORGE reserves the right to remove listings that are deemed misleading, inappropriate, or violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Items and Activities

SORGE prohibits the following items and activities on the platform:

1. Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
2. Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials.
3. Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco-related products (where restricted).
4. Pornographic or obscene materials.
5. Products violating intellectual property rights.
6. Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation of items.
